Grounded Support for Individuals, Communities, and Systems
Offering Telehealth, education, and experiential facilitation rooted in presence, responsibility, and conscious choice.
Our approach
The Troesh Group is a Montana-based virtual practice working at the intersection of individual support, community connection, and systems-level change.
We offer telehealth services, webinars, in-person facilitation, and public speaking for individuals, organizations, and communities navigating stress, transition, and complexity. Our work is grounded, practical, and relational, with a focus on building awareness, strengthening capacity, and supporting meaningful change without urgency or overwhelm.
We work with people who want clarity, steadiness, and tools they can actually use in daily life and leadership.
