I am a certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner. I integrate the ThetaHealing® technique thoughtfully and ethically within my coaching and personal development work.

When used, the technique supports early sessions by helping clients explore underlying beliefs, patterns, and internal narratives that may be contributing to feeling stuck or disconnected. This work is always grounded in consent, reflection, and practical integration.

ThetaHealing® has played an important role in my own personal growth and spiritual development, and I offer it as an optional tool for clients who are drawn to this type of reflective practice.

When helpful, we also use reflective practices to increase self-awareness and reduce overwhelm.

This work supports clients in clarifying direction, strengthening boundaries around time and energy, improving focus, and developing tools they can apply in daily life.
