My approach is grounded in goal setting, values-based work, and practical planning. Sessions focus on identifying what matters most, breaking goals into manageable steps, and building systems that support consistency and follow-through. When helpful, we also use reflective practices to increase self-awareness and reduce overwhelm.
This work supports clients in clarifying direction, strengthening boundaries around time and energy, improving focus, and developing tools they can apply in daily life.
