Events, Workshops, & Retreats
Meaning Connection,
Real Impact.
The Troesh Group offers workshops, circles, and experiential gatherings designed to support reflection, resilience, and meaningful connection. These events are grounded, inclusive spaces where people come together to slow down, learn, and engage with themselves and one another in practical ways.
Some gatherings are educational. Others are experiential. All are facilitated with care, clarity, and respect for lived experience.
Ongoing Circles, Classes, Workshops, & Retreats
A Free Introductory Class
The Path is a free introductory class for people who feel ready to pause, pay attention, and relate to their lives with more clarity and choice.
Many of us move through daily life reacting. To stress. To other people. To familiar habits and beliefs we did not consciously choose. Over time, this can feel exhausting, confusing, or disconnected, even when life looks “fine” on the outside.
This class introduces simple, practical awareness tools drawn from Toltec teachings shared by Don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements, and HeatherAsh Amara, author of Warrior Goddess Training. These teachings focus on noticing how attention, beliefs, and inner dialogue shape everyday experience.
Rather than trying to fix yourself or become someone new, The Path offers a way to observe what is already happening so you can respond more intentionally in daily life.
In this class, we explore:
How attention affects stress, reactivity, and decision-making
How family, culture, and past experiences shape habits and beliefs
How the inner voice influences mood, confidence, and relationships
The Path is a low-pressure, welcoming space for learning and discussion. No prior experience is needed. This class is for those who are curious, reflective, or sensing that they want a more grounded way of being in the world.
A clear place to begin.
A practical step toward presence.
The Free Weekly Talking Circle is a consistent, in-person gathering for people who want a grounded place to slow down, reflect, and connect in community.
Many of us move through life carrying stress, unspoken thoughts, or big transitions with very few places to pause and be heard. This circle offers a steady rhythm and a respectful space to listen, share, and practice presence without pressure to fix, advise, or perform.
The circle is informed by Toltec teachings shared by HeatherAsh Amara, author of Warrior Goddess Training, and traditional talking circle teachings passed down through Leanna’s elder, Speaks Lightning. Together, these teachings support conscious listening, honest speech, and respect for the circle as a shared space.
This is not therapy and not a teaching class. There is no expectation to speak. Participants are welcome to share from lived experience or simply listen. Clear agreements support confidentiality, respect, and attentive presence.
People come to the circle for many reasons. To feel less alone. To reconnect with themselves. To build steadiness during change. To practice showing up with more care and awareness in everyday life.
Come as you are.
Leave with more of yourself.
When: Weekly
Where: In person
Cost: Free
eclaim is a focused, experiential Toltec workshop for people who are ready to interrupt old patterns and take responsibility for how they show up in their lives.
Most of us carry agreements we never consciously chose. About who we are. How we should behave. What we are allowed to want or say. These agreements shape our reactions, relationships, and choices long after they stop serving us.
This one-day workshop is an opportunity to slow down, bring awareness to those patterns, and begin reclaiming your personal power through practice, not theory.
Reclaim is rooted in Toltec teachings shared by Don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements, and HeatherAsh Amara, author of Warrior Goddess Training. The work is practical, embodied, and designed to be applied directly to your everyday life.
What We Will Practice
Stalking awareness to notice habits, reactions, and internal patterns
Identifying and releasing the Judge and Victim voices
Undoing domestication shaped by family, culture, and past experience
Recapitulation as a tool for clarity and completion
Practicing impeccability as a lived choice, not a concept
This is not a passive workshop. You will be invited to reflect, practice, and engage with the material in a supportive, grounded container.
Who This Is For
Reclaim is for people who:
Feel ready to stop repeating the same patterns
Want practical tools, not inspirational talk
Are curious about Toltec teachings and want to experience the work directly
Are considering Spirit Warrior training and want a strong foundation
This workshop serves as a recommended prerequisite for Spirit Warrior Training beginning in May.
If you feel a pull toward deeper personal responsibility, clearer choice, and embodied practice, this workshop is designed for you.
Space is limited to maintain the integrity of the work.
FireWalk Workshops
Face Fear - Walk on Fire
A firewalk is an ancient ritual of walking barefoot across warm embers. While it may look intense, the experience is not about fire. It is about meeting fear, building trust in yourself, and making a conscious choice to move forward.
Firewalks create a powerful, embodied moment where insight becomes action. Participants often leave with greater confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of personal agency that carries into their work, relationships, and daily life.
Each firewalk experience includes preparation, education, and integration. Participants are guided step by step through the process so they understand what they are doing, why it works, and how to stay grounded throughout the experience.
This is not about bravado or pushing limits. It is about learning how to respond to fear with presence, intention, and choice.
What’s Included

Preparation and mindset training before the firewalk
